International Festival Of Documentary And Short Film "Prvi kadar" take place in East Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Main goal of the festival is eduaction cinema audience in post-war inviroment in wich younger generation are deprived of the move theater experience. Introducing the art of documentary and short movie is a new generation through workshops documentary and animated films, presentations, discussions, and interviewes with authors introduce the world of film.
Selection committee consist of the best domestic and foreign films, won awards on the popular international festival.
