7. International Festival of Documentary and Short Film "Prvi kadar" will be held in East Sarajevo of 29 October to 01 November 2013th year. The first frame is a unique film event in BiH aimed at training young film audiences through organized visits to projections of movies, DokMasterklas, Film campus art documentaries.
RULES
1. Conditon for participation
a) that the films are not participated in the competition at film festivals in Bosnia and Herzegovina
b) their production is not older than two years
2. Deadline
Deadline for submission of films and film and accompanying materials (see section 5) is July 15, 2013th year. All applications submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.
3.Film categories
The festival program includes two categories: documentary and short films
4.Formats and standards
Film entries submitted on DVD. Movies that are recorded in English should have English translation and clearly marked with the name.

5.Film material
Include supporting material for publications needs of Prvi kadar (photographs, synopsis, biography of the director, production of accreditation, press articles, public service announcements, a list of awards and participation in festivals list)

8.Selection of films
The official festival program will be announced at the festival's http://prvikadar.yolasite.com few weeks before the opening of the festival. Festival organizers reserve the right to change the film program in accordance with the rules.
9.Promotion
Prvi kadar the right to use the film and the accompanying film footage for promotional purposes Festival.
